The leadership of the Institute is largely anchored on its key resource. The Institute’s full time and visiting faculties are Doctorates and hold a Masters Degree in Management and related fields. Besides being academicians they are experienced managers with good industry/ research/ consultancy experience to teach, train, coach, guide and mentor our students.

Recognizing that excellence in education requires the institute to be current in its course and course contents, the amendments are done regularly at G.H.R.S.B.M.
Learning as an Art
The learning methodology can be summed up as the mastery of the art of living itself. Although various teaching techniques are used such as Business Simulations, Role-play, Film showing & Presentations. The "Case-study Method" is the predominant learning methodology.
G.H.R.S.B.M uses the Case-Study method as its primary mode of learning. G.H.R.S.B.M adopted the Case-Study Method as cases prompt students to analyze facts and explore alternative courses of action, as these cases stimulate real-life managerial situations. To supplement the Case-Study method and stimulate the thinking process, students are required to conduct research, hands-on field projects, management games and simulations among others.
